As a GTM Recruiter at GitLab, you will play a crucial role in building our go-to-market teams that drive company growth. This is an individual contributor position where you will collaborate with leaders across various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to manage the entire recruitment process from intake to close. You will be responsible for building diverse candidate pipelines, leveraging data for informed hiring decisions, and enhancing the candidate experience.
