The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to create innovative, engaging, and accessible learning experiences that strengthen the capacity of volunteers and communities across the Wikimedia movement. In this role, you’ll partner with various teams to understand learner needs and develop learning experiences that support contributors at different stages of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging learning experiences for Wikimedia contributors.
• Collaborate with Foundation teams, affiliates, and volunteers to identify barriers to participation.
• Create diverse learning products, including online courses and multimedia content.
• Ensure that learning experiences are culturally responsive and accessible to a global audience.
• Iterate on solutions to enhance the learning journey for contributors.
