This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and production vendors to create engaging learning experiences that meet skill-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable learning experiences with a focus on modular and assessment design.
• Partner with SMEs to translate technical expertise into vendor-ready deliverables.
• Build replicable design systems and templates to ensure consistent content production.
• Provide detailed feedback and quality assurance checks to production vendors.
• Contribute to innovative design tooling and technology-enabled content development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (Computer Science, AI, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical domains or learning design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building or implementing software applications or AI solutions.
• Experience leveraging GenAI technologies for educational purposes.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Articulate Storyline.
