The Learning Designer at Coursera is a full-time position based in India focused on the design and development of high-quality online learning content. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts and production vendors to create skill-aligned learning experiences that enhance learner satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead learning design for scalable Coursera-produced experiences.
• Translate SME expertise into vendor-ready design deliverables.
• Leverage design systems and templates for consistent production.
• Provide feedback and quality assurance to production vendors.
• Contribute to the development of AI-assisted design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional/learning design.
• Experience with modular, skill-aligned course design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience using GenAI tools for learning design.
