You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to create impactful educational content using modern digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to develop technical enablement materials.
• Create digital courses using Articulate Rise and engaging video tutorials with Camtasia.
• Utilize generative AI tools to draft scripts and accelerate content development.
• Collaborate with the Technical Writing team to ensure consistency across educational content.
• Manage projects and content assets using Google Workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp product features quickly.
• Experience in digital content creation using Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
• Aptitude for creating interactive content using simulation tools like Navattic.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and use of AI tools for content creation.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical information into user-friendly content.
