As the Principal Commercial Sales Enablement Partner for EMEA, you will own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the sales organization across the region. This role requires a proactive approach to driving the adoption of global enablement programs while ensuring continuous development paths for sales representatives. You will conduct needs assessments, deliver engaging training sessions, and measure the success of enablement initiatives to provide valuable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for EMEA sales.
- Drive adoption of global enablement programs, including methodology and onboarding.
- Develop continuous development paths for sales representatives from hire to promotion.
- Conduct needs and gap analyses through councils, 1:1s, and surveys.
- Deliver training sessions on discovery, demo, negotiation, and deal execution.
- Measure enablement success and report insights to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
- B2B SaaS customer-facing experience, especially in Mid-Market/Enterprise.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills for strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing workshops and delivering presentations.
