As a Senior Manager of Technical Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining technical certification programs and onboarding curricula. You will take ownership of the enablement curriculum lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to translate complex concepts into impactful field content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enablement curriculum lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery and sunset.
• Build a library of field-ready assets using AI tools.
• Design and deliver demo excellence programs for SEs, AEs, and partners.
• Define and track enablement KPIs like time-to-productivity and win rate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical enablement or related SaaS training roles.
• Experience building technical cert programs and blended learning.
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with LMS/LXP, Salesforce, Gong, and AI-assisted authoring tools.
• Familiarity with web platforms such as WordPress or Drupal is a plus.
