The Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist serves as a crucial link between enterprise marketing and local teams, facilitating the activation of regional campaigns. This role focuses on localizing pre-approved templates, sharing updates and tools with recruiters, providing insights for strategy development, and executing campaigns and events in alignment with enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise marketing and local teams.
  • Localize pre-approved templates for regional use while upholding brand standards.
  • Share enterprise updates and enablement tools with recruiters and partners.
  • Provide field insights on accounts, gaps, and competition to inform strategy.
  • Execute regional campaigns and events within enterprise strategy; manage logistics.
  • Track ROI and report results to optimize programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of general marketing experience (B2B).
  • Proficient in Office 365 tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Basic design skills in Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Monday.com or similar PM tools.
  • Basic experience with AI tools like Jasper for field content.
