GTM Operational Excellence Lead
The Senior Manager of GTM Operational Excellence will architect and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in a remote environment. This role involves collaboration with RevOps, Systems, Data, and Enablement teams to scale operations and align GTM initiatives with growth and revenue goals. The successful candidate will oversee a globally distributed team and shape an AI-integrated operations strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3+ years in BizOps/Strategy & Ops or RevOps in fast-growing SaaS.
- Track record of scaling GTM systems.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and GTM technologies (CPQ, automated lead routing).
- Fluency in AI and automation tools.
- Executive-level leadership experience with comfort in ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Remote and asynchronous work experience is a plus.
