Key Responsibilities

• Lead learning design for Coursera-produced experiences with a focus on modular, skill-aligned content.
• Translate technical expertise into vendor-ready design deliverables including outlines and assessments.
• Build design systems and templates to streamline production processes.
• Provide feedback and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Innovate in pedagogical approaches and AI-assisted design tools for enhanced learning quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical domains or educational product design.
• Hands-on technical proficiency in software applications or AI solutions.
• Experience with modular course design and assessment.
• Familiarity with design tools and learning analytics.
