As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategy into actionable, field-ready playbooks and driving alignment between enablement initiatives and product strategy. You will lead the feedback loop from the field, ensuring messaging resonates effectively through data-driven insights. This remote-first position offers you the freedom to balance work and life while contributing to the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full bidirectional content loop, converting strategy into field-ready playbooks.
  • Lead field feedback and measure messaging resonance with data.
  • Maintain centralized content repositories with regular cadence and expiration protocols.
  • Align enablement efforts with product strategy and AI governance.
  • Build content and certification framework for channel partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to roadmap enablement content according to business priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales enablement or leadership roles, with at least 3 years owning a function.
  • Proven experience scaling enablement in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
  • Technically fluent, capable of articulating Docker strategy without translation.
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Experience running product-to-field content loops with PMM feedback.
  • Strong ability to synthesize field signals and data into enablement priorities.
