The Technical Product Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of our technical products across various teams and customers. This role involves collaborating closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to create resources and training materials that enhance product understanding and usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product training programs for internal teams and clients.
  • Create comprehensive product documentation, tutorials, and enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product features and updates.
  • Conduct product training sessions and webinars for diverse audiences.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve enablement materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business).
  • 3+ years of experience in product enablement, training, or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating instructional content and using training tools.
