The Readiness & Enablement Lead for SMB Sales will play a crucial role in building and scaling the onboarding, readiness, and certification for our SMB vendor networks. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can create effective onboarding paths and ensure our vendor trainers deliver impactful readiness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale onboarding, readiness, and certification for SMB vendor networks.
  • Create role-based onboarding paths, knowledge checks, and ramp standards.
  • Ensure vendor trainers deliver readiness programs at scale.
  • Design enablement for new products, pricing, and process launches.
  • Monitor ramp quality and early quality signals to identify risk.
  • Build dashboards and feedback loops linking readiness to performance.
  • Partner with Vendor Managers, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, or related operations.
  • Experience supporting outsourced sales teams or distributed sales.
  • Background in Software/SaaS/cloud or high-velocity commercial environments.
  • Ownership of onboarding, ramp quality, and readiness outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, quality frameworks, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate if not located in SF/NYC.
