The Vice President of GTM Operations serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), translating overarching goals into actionable operational plans. This role is vital for enhancing sales productivity and optimizing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own planning workstreams including territory design, quota setting, headcount planning, and incentive structures.
- Develop a GTM Ops roadmap aimed at boosting sales productivity and enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Oversee the end-to-end GTM process, focusing on improving efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
- Lead and ensure alignment of GTM Operations teams, including Sales, Partner, XDR, and Customer Success Operations.
- Partner with Finance to manage sales forecasting, ensuring rigor and accuracy in revenue projections.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
- 5+ years of experience leading large multi-functional operations teams.
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to CROs and C-level executives, driving revenue efficiency and scalability.
- Expertise in GTM planning, partner/channel operations, territory and quota design.
- Mastery of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, along with broader sales technology.
- Strong analytical and business intelligence skills, including data analysis and modeling capabilities.
