Learning Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for analyzing skill gaps, improving employee performance, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. This role involves designing and managing compliance training and collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses to identify skill gaps and enhance performance.
- Oversee onboarding logistics and assist in new-hire onboarding.
- Design, develop, and manage annual compliance training in coordination with Legal & Compliance.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging learning experiences.
- Design leadership and role-based training programs, including AI utilization programs.
- Partner with leaders and SMEs to influence learning design and rollout.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of instructional design experience in a business setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of LMS administration experience.
- Ability to design realistic, job-based learning scenarios.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning and WorkRamp LMS.
