We are seeking a Senior GTM Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering Leaders across the Americas. This role requires a strategic partner to forecast demand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering Leaders across AMS.
- Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and targeted campaigns to achieve 2-3x coverage.
- Partner with Sales Engineering Leaders to forecast demand and define candidate profiles.
- Calibrate compensation and advise on process tradeoffs for effective hiring.
- Drive structured hiring cycles with scorecards, interview plans, and maintain data hygiene.
- Deliver weekly updates on pipeline health and address bottlenecks to maintain hiring momentum.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years in sales-focused recruiting roles.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern tools.
- Proven track record in meeting quality, time-to-fill, and offer targets.
- Ability to manage 10-15 concurrent searches effectively.
- Proficient in structured interviews, compensation basics, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
