The Learning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective training delivery, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and overall trainer performance. This role involves conducting regular audits and providing structured coaching to enhance trainer engagement and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of trainer delivery and SOP adherence.
  • Provide structured coaching to trainers to improve effectiveness and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in training standards across PM trainers.
  • Own onboarding sessions for PM shift new hires, ensuring consistent delivery.
  • Track and report training progress, productivity ramp-up, and early retention.
  • Partner with supervisors to identify risks or additional support needs for new hires.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Education, HR, Communications, Psychology, or Business Admin.
  • 2–3 years in training/facilitation or L&D (warehouse/ops preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, accountability, and organization skills.
