As a GTM Sourcer, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sourcing strategy for GTM roles across sales and customer success. You will build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for GTM roles.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to convert role requirements into effective outreach campaigns.
  • Drive data-driven improvements by tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Craft personalized outreach that resonates with top talent and aligns with WRITER's mission.
  • Shape the candidate experience from initial contact through the mid-interview stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
  • Expertise with modern sourcing tools and ATS such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Metaview, and Ashby.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong consultative skills and experience partnering with hiring managers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Alignment with WRITER's core values.
