The Senior Field Enablement Business Partner for SMB sellers is responsible for designing, adapting, and delivering enablement programs aimed at accelerating pipeline growth. This role involves increasing average deal sizes and supporting sellers in building long-term careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enablement programs to enhance pipeline growth.
- Travel quarterly to SMB offices in Salt Lake City and Lisbon.
- Align global enablement initiatives with SMB workflows and tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Ops to ensure alignment of tools and strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights, metrics, and dashboards for program effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales ops, or leadership in SMB/commercial.
- Experience in designing enablement programs for third-party/vendor sales teams.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Highspot, Gong, LMS, Salesforce, and analytics.
- Commitment to inclusive and accessible learning design.
