We are seeking a Senior Alliance Enablement Program Manager to lead the design and execution of Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace Enablement programs. This role involves translating alliance strategy into scalable internal and partner enablement while building onboarding paths, materials, and transaction education for the Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enablement programs for Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace.
- Translate alliance strategy into scalable enablement for internal teams and partners.
- Develop onboarding materials and transaction education for the Marketplace.
- Deliver live enablement sessions for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Alliances, PMM, RevOps, Marketing, and Sales.
- Monitor adoption, feedback, and impact metrics to enhance Marketplace revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales/alliance/channel enablement within SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft alliances and/or Marketplace, and co-sell motions.
- Understanding of distributors, resellers, MSPs, and alliance partners.
- Proven ability to design scalable enablement programs and onboarding journeys.
- Experience facilitating live training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple teams.
