We are seeking a dedicated Staff Recruiter to take ownership of the full lifecycle recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles. This role involves partnering with leaders across various departments to design and standardize recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and equity in hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for GTM and G&A positions.
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Product, and Ops.
- Design and implement standardized recruiting processes.
- Utilize AI and data-driven workflows to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Define role requirements and interview plans in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Monitor hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements in outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, specifically for GTM and G&A roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting tools and practices.
- Experience in designing efficient hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
