An enticing opportunity for a driven professional to lead and manage sales enablement programs. We are looking for a Post Sales Enablement Manager to oversee the delivery of post-sales enablement operations. This role offers a dynamic work environment, with the potential for up to four weeks of remote work per year from our Salt Lake City hybrid office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales enablement programs for post-sales benefit.
- Liaise with Post-Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Product teams.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous coaching of post-sales hires.
- Create practical tools including playbooks, battle cards, and customer-facing assets, having the buyer's experience in mind.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 4+ years experience in sales enablement or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience of successful training programs.
- Potent with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and enablement tools.
- Excellent project management, communicative and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong dedication to excellence and results.
