Job Overview
As the Director of GTM Enablement, you will be responsible for owning the global GTM onboarding ramp for early hires, running structured onboarding cohorts, facilitating live sessions, workshops, role plays, and product certifications, building role-based onboarding paths, designing milestones, and partnering with regional enablement leads for alignment and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Own the global GTM onboarding ramp for early hires
- Run structured onboarding cohorts every two weeks for global GTM hires
- Facilitate live sessions, workshops, role plays, and product certifications
- Build role-based onboarding paths: AE, SDR, CSM
- Design milestones and checkpoints tied to performance outcomes
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years in SaaS GTM enablement, onboarding, L&D, or sales
- Full-stack enablement operator: facilitation, content creation, curriculum design
- Experience delivering training across distributed, multicultural teams
- Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (BANT, Challenger)
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to scale learning
- Proficient in Google Slides, Salesforce, Gong, Loom, Hockeystack
