About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Learning Design & Analytics, is a full-time, India-based role responsible for leading Coursera’s Learning Design & Analytics team.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in instructional design
- 4+ years of experience managing design teams
- Strong understanding of learning theory
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Master’s degree in Education (preferred)
