Remote is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on empowering global sales roles. This role is pivotal in creating, managing, and optimizing sales enablement programs to drive excellence across Sales Development, Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Account Management. You will play a key part in aligning enablement initiatives with company goals, scaling programs for a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, and supporting global growth through innovative sales strategies and operational excellence.
Job Overview
- Lead the sales enablement function to support global go-to-market teams in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS company.
- Design, implement, and refine sales enablement programs to drive value selling and operational effectiveness.
- Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing enablement team across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales process, qualification, discovery, demo, pricing, and negotiation.
- Set strategic direction for enablement initiatives aligned with company objectives and revenue milestones.
- Coach and mentor team members in instructional design and program execution.
- Utilize project management frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, OKRs) to manage and scale enablement projects.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales, sales coaching, or enablement in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- 4+ years managing teams in Series A–F SaaS companies, including remote teams across time zones (EST, PST, UKI).
- Proven experience using project management methodologies such as SCRUM or OKRs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of supporting revenue teams at $200M–$1B SaaS milestones.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
