Mercury is seeking a talented Onboarding Enablement Manager to join our fully remote team. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing the onboarding process for our innovative banking platform, tailored for startups. This is a full-time opportunity open to candidates across Canada and the United States.
Job Overview
- Lead and optimize onboarding initiatives for new customers and employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Support Mercury’s mission to deliver best-in-class banking solutions for startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding programs for clients and internal teams.
- Develop training materials and enablement resources.
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and metrics.
- Coordinate with product, customer success, and operations teams.
- Monitor and report on onboarding effectiveness and key performance indicators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in onboarding, enablement, or training management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of SaaS products or fintech preferred.
