Description
The role of a Delivery Leader involves achieving outcomes through leading a team learning consultants, including having accountability for the output and performance of the team(s), exercising significant influence on how the team members focus their time, conducting frequent communication to discuss expectations and provide feedback and coaching, having a high-degree of participation in formal management responsibilities. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Responsible for driving associate engagement, talent management and retention while handling daily operations of the delivery team ##LI-DNIDomain expertise on Payroll/Benefits/Time will be an added advantage Key Responsibility: Excellent Communication, presentation & interpersonal skills. Extremely good with people management, foster a positive, and inclusive team culture. Ability to learn and adapt to continuous improvements and comfortable driving changes. General awareness of Business Units goals and projects Should have strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive efficiency and make decisions. Resource Management: Ability to prioritize and delegate resources and manage stakeholder expectations. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and support. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team. Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and align company goals to the teams goals and work towards it. Should have been involved in managing a project. Skills: Must understand adult learning principles and methodologies Hands-on with LMS and other tools we use. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate teams performance, providing feedback and coaching. Development: Support the growth and development of the team members through training & mentorship.
