In this role, you will build relationships and partner with the business stakeholders to achieve business results through ADP's learning resources and initiatives.
The Learning Business Partner will collaborate with Leaders and key stakeholders both in the Enterprise Learning Centers of Expertise and the business unit to anticipate needs and recommend effective solutions enabling success for Associates, Clients and strategic objectives.

Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the instructional design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership specific to modern learning, while leading medium to large scale projects across a cross-functional team. You have worked independently and, in a team, to consult, support the training design and develop sound training in various modalities, i.e., eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, and more, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. You are a continuous learner who focuses on personal development and business process improvement. Your work will help our businesses support our clients who employee national and multinational employees.
What you'll do:
- Coach senior and mid-level leaders and provide them recommendations for actions to improve organizational performance and solve field enablement challenges.
- Demonstrate business knowledge, exhibit skills for agility, act as an adaptable, flexible resource.
- Consult with business leaders on existing or anticipated learning and performance gaps.
- Offer insight into role specific training plans (new hire and continuous learning) and ensure adoption of global standards. Identify and define successful measures for interventions.
- Propose effective learning interventions to enhance associates' performance and business results in line with business unit strategies and targets.
- Identify and recommend other interventions needed to enhance associate performance such as role clarification and process standardization.
- Gather and analyze data, reports findings and communicate suggested actions on a continuous basis.
- Solicit management feedback and coaching on performance improvement strategies. Assume responsibility for ensuring identified needs are fulfilled and desired impact is achieved or transition this responsibility to appropriate group(s) (e.g. Information Development Services, Global Talent & Learning, Sales Learning).
- Provide a single point of continuity for business partners. Communicate Business Unit's needs and ensure that Enterprise Learning strategies, goals and priorities are aligned.
- Regularly update Business Units on learning opportunities and services available through Enterprise Learning, Global Talent & Learning, Sales Learning and other ADP organizations.
- Partner with BU Shared Support Teams to tailor global and learning initiatives to the unique needs of each BU.
- Assist in overseeing the training program, with guidance from leadership to include identifying and implementing best practices (i.e. virtual delivery techniques, certification standards, facilitation practices, etc.), monitors status of delivery projects, establishing and analyzing metrics to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of team, and communicating status to project managers and leadership. Prepares reports and provides written evaluations/observation feedback for the manager.
- Promote relevant learning offerings and drive adoption and impact. Drive change management agenda for the business.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Performance Improvement projects
- 2+ years of experience in training, training delivery and/or training curriculum development/design.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences may include:
- Experience noted above, OR

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Assima, WalkMe, Pendo, Synthesia, Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond. Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
- Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos)
- Experience with simple Graphic Design
- Experience in organizational development, organizational readiness, performance improvement.
- Business administration, organizational development preferred.
- Professional consulting experience.
- Experience influencing within complex organizations.
- Education in cognition, adult learning, instructional design and delivery theories and processes. Human Performance Improvement certification a plus.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $74,100.00 - USD $150,300.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
