About Adobe

At Adobe, we’re changing the world through digital experiences. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We empower people to create beautiful images, videos, and apps, and we help companies reimagine how they connect with customers on every screen.

We hire the very best, and we build an environment where everyone is respected and has equal opportunity to grow. We believe new ideas can come from anywhere - and the next big idea could be yours.

The Opportunity

As Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner directly with senior leaders to shape how we invest, grow, and make decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your strategic financial expertise while working on some of Adobe’s most important business priorities.

We’re looking for someone who can build long-term cases, surface trends and risks through analysis, and provide deal support for major key clients. You’ll also collaborate with our Finance Center of Excellence (COE) to optimize headcount and expense plans and evaluate Return on Investment across key initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Build long-term business cases and financial models for potential growth areas, including scenario evaluations, sensitivity analyses, and key value drivers.
  • Design Return on Investment frameworks that help leadership prioritize investment, assess trade-offs, and make data-backed growth decisions.
  • Identify trends, problems, and opportunities in financial data. Translate your findings into clear stories for senior leaders.
  • Support large strategic accounts with deal economics, pricing and discount analysis, margin assessment, and leadership approvals.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, partnering with teams across the business to align on assumptions and targets. Turn pipeline and coverage data into clear financial insights.
  • Tell the story behind performance variances - what drove them, what the risks are, and what we should do next.
  • Take on special projects and targeted analysis, creating structure and clarity around new and ambiguous problems.
  • Work with the Finance COE on headcount and expense planning and investment decisions.
  • Use AI tools to sharpen your analysis and create more space for strategic work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear communicator who can build trust by sharing concise, data-driven financial narratives with top-level management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, financial models, and scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Ability to identify trends and root causes in data, pull out the key insights, and recommend a clear path forward.
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-changing environment- you create structure, set priorities, and keep things moving.
  • You bring sound financial judgment and careful attention to detail when working with large and complex datasets.
  • You work well with others: you know how to bring teams together, facilitate good conversations, and help decisions move forward.
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with SQL, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau and AI automation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
  • 7 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or sales finance. Experience with growth initiatives or strategic deals is a plus.
