Position Overview:

As a Senior Enablement Manager and Trainer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to equip and elevate our global Solution Consulting organisation based in North America and EMEA! Your primary focus will be creating and delivering learning experiences specific to our cohort of experienced Solution Consultants who require a technical and selling skill set. Specifically, our Solution Consultants solve critical business challenges facing the fastest moving companies and brands in the world. Building their consulting skills for our most exciting opportunities requires deep proven experience and creativity and ability to interact with executive and technical personas.

The keys to your success will be to deliver engaging technical and presentation skills drawing on subject matter expertise when needed to design impactful enablement experiences. You will ensure that all engagements are efficiently tracked, measured and correlates with targets aligned to our top strategic initiatives.

This role will focus on Corporate Solution Consultants (“SC”) starting with a charter cross NA + EMEA.

You are a strategic problem solver who is an effective communicator, with learning development, training delivery, solution consulting or presales enablement experience. We believe we have the best products in the market for creativity and productivity, and this position will play an exciting role in ensuring Adobe delivers the best possible experiences to our SC audience and our valued customers!

Your primary focus will be to:

  • Enable SCs to transform customer business pain into presentations and proof of value which clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe's products in the customer’s daily work stream.

  • Become the trusted advisor to our Solutions Consultants, ensuring they can position Adobe technology at the forefront and articulate business impact in the most concise manner to our customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver enablement and training building SC expertise as a critical role in the deal process.

  • Develop deep product knowledge across Adobe Creative Cloud, Express, Stock, Firefly, and generative AI solutions.

  • Create skills learning programs that strengthen critical SC capabilities including simplifying the complex, quantifying value, creating a trusted advisor role for internal and external customers.

  • Partner with Sales, GTM, PMM, and Product to simplify product innovation and strategy into actionable SC training.

  • Build technical and business acumen pathways, ensuring SCs can analyse customer workflows, identify business challenges, and articulate value.

  • Design repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and certifications.

  • Develop and deliver live and virtual training, workshops, skill labs, and practice sessions that help SCs master demos, POVs, and customer conversations.

  • Measure the impact of enablement through capability assessments, feedback loops, demo scores, and performance metrics.

  • Coach new and tenured SCs on best practices, preparing them to excel at events, webinars, and strategic customer engagements.

  • Create a culture of continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and peer mentorship within the SC community.

Required Skills and Credentials

  • Experience in a solution consulting role, presales enablement, or technical training (7+ years)

  • Experience with creative production technology systems; MAM, DAM, NLE or related systems

  • Skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations; Adobe XD, Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, Keynote.

  • Strong understanding of Adobe’s Creative and Document solutions.

  • Experienced in the art of simplifying the complex into compelling learning experiences.

  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, presentation skills, comfortable training groups of all sizes.

  • Able to share successful experiences building enablement programs, certifications, playbooks.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative across different internal business partners

  • Ability to identify skill gaps and design clear development pathways that move the needle on performance.

  • Some travel may be required.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,000 -- $200,050 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $138,100 - $200,050


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
