The Opportunity
This job blends information security with evangelism, program management, business savvy and an eye for detail with timely execution. We are a critical hub for Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, Operation and Marketing teams in presenting Adobe's security posture and overcoming customer security objections and concerns. We assist these teams throughout the sales cycle, helping to close business while accurately representing Adobe's information security posture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions around information security as they pertain to Adobe's individual applications & solutions and overall security posture.
- Provide support to sales organizations by speaking expertly and knowledgably about Adobe's information security control framework.
- Advise customers as to how each solution's security controls align with the applicable security compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2 and ISO 27001).
- Provide white-glove security support to strategic customers and customers in highly-regulated industries.
- Answer information gathering security questionnaires to support the sales process.
- Help maintain our knowledge-base and self-service tooling for security-related questionnaires, questions, and responses
- Assist with supporting documentation (e.g. white papers, architectural diagrams, sample questionnaires, and other related software security documents) for sales enablement.
- Represent Adobe's information security team on sales calls with customers.
- Support corporate and product marketing initiatives and campaigns as they relate to security.
- Assist Legal with security language and terms in contract negotiations
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in cyber security
- Knowledge and Skills: Must be able to learn and understand software security development concepts, design and architecture.
- Being a highly qualified professional who is innovative, organized, and consistent. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, an ability to manage expectations and the relationships with a diverse set of partners, and flex between the strategic and the tactical understanding
- An understanding and ability to learn to articulate the value of industry-wide software security concepts such as encryption, authentication and authorization, cross domain protection, security vulnerabilities and testing strategies.

- Familiarity with security industry certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II and an ability to understand and learn to articulate the value of the security controls within the different domains.

- Attentiveness to detail and ability to stay organized.

- Legal/contract experience a plus
- Jira and RFPIO fluency a plus

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,700 -- $250,875 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
