The Opportunity
Are you passionate about clarifying complex work and understanding how senior leaders manage a global organization? Join the CAO Strategy, Operations and Enablement Organization in a highly visible role that drives strategic execution, improves operational excellence and strengthens leadership alignment across Adobe’s Global Finance & Operations Organization.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the CAO Chief of Staff, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners to help turn ideas into action. You’ll support planning, operations, strengthen the CAO brand, and elevate leadership communications and organizational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who brings structure, clear thinking, and strong executive presence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, learns quickly, and operates confidently as a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Do
Support planning and execution of key initiatives across the CAO organization, and help translate long-term goals into actionable workstreams.
Support the development of high-quality communications, including executive updates, strategic narratives, all-hands content, and presentations to the CAO and Finance organizations.
Help strengthen culture, collaboration, and inclusion by driving engagement initiatives and encouraging positive relationships across Finance and cross-functional teams worldwide.
Support the CAO organization’s operating rhythm, including annual planning, operational reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic events.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, partnering with teams to help drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
Track organizational goals, important metrics and risks, surfacing issues early, guiding problem-solving discussions, and driving follow-through resolutions.
What You Need to Succeed
5-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, communications, consulting, and program management or related fields.
Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in complex, global environments.
Clear confident communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills, editing, and storytelling ability, with a track record of adapting messages for different audiences.
Strong and creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and drives continuous improvement.
A growth mindset and interest in how leaders communicate, influence, and guide change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and bring structure to dynamic situations.
Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across diverse teams and personalities.
A proactive, thoughtful, and solution‑oriented working style, with a dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
