The Challenge or Opportunity
At Adobe, our Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team combines the strengths of 2000+ Sales and Customer Support agents to deliver intelligent, personalized, and seamless experiences. Our focus is on using data and advanced technology to anticipate customer needs, reduce friction, and build long-term value for our customers, employees, and business.
The Gen AI GTM Specialist will be the primary resource for building and scaling AI-powered workflows that help sellers become more effective across the sales cycle. This role goes beyond prompt creation it focuses on designing structured GPTs, mapping AI solutions to sales stages, and enabling sellers with ready-to-use AI tools. By embedding intelligence into sales motions, this role will directly impact productivity, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI-Powered Sales Workflows
- Build and maintain a library of GPTs and prompt packs for cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and objection handling.
- Ensure workflows are simple, scalable, and embedded into sellers’ daily tools (CRM, Outreach, SalesScreen).
Sales Stage Enablement
- Map AI-driven content to each sales stage (prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → renewal).
- Provide sellers with contextual messaging, case studies, and CTAs tailored to customer personas and industries.
Handle Customer Objections
- Develop AI-assisted objection handling frameworks for common challenges (pricing, competition, timing).
- Standardize and scale guidelines into reusable playbooks.
Consultative Engagement Support
- Help sellers craft personalized, customer-ready emails, proposals, and pitches through AI workflows.
- Train specialists and managers on how to customize prompts for niche scenarios.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback
- Track adoption, usage, and impact of AI-enabled workflows on sales outcomes.
- A/B test prompts, refine GPTs, and ensure quality through seller feedback loops.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to convert campaign assets into AI-driven sales content.
- Work with product and data teams to keep AI workflows aligned with new launches and GTM plays.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Exceptional Communication Skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities to translate AI outputs into compelling sales content.
Passion for Sales Enablement & AI
- Enthusiasm for helping sellers succeed by bridging sales expertise with AI-driven solutions.
Customer & Seller Focus
- Ability to anticipate seller needs and provide AI workflows that directly improve efficiency and engagement.
Proven Enablement/Content Experience
- Prior experience in sales enablement, pre-sales, or SaaS sales content creation.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and sales platforms (CRM, Outreach, SalesScreen).
Objection Handling Expertise
- Experience designing frameworks or playbooks to help sellers respond effectively to customer challenges.
Sales Cycle & GTM Knowledge
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles with emphasis on consultative selling, renewals, and cross-sell/upsell motions.
Problem-Solving Attitude
- Analytical approach to testing, iterating, and refining AI workflows to maximize impact.
Positive, Organized, Growth-Oriented
- Can-do attitude with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized in managing an evolving library of prompts, workflows, and enablement resources.
