The Opportunity

At Adobe, we’re reshaping how people create using the power of Generative AI—and Firefly is at the heart of this transformation. We’re looking for a Firefly GTM Manager to lead our Acquisition, Engagement, and Mobile growth strategy for one of Adobe’s most strategic products.

Lead a team of growth GTM leads, working with product, PMM, marketing, and analytics leaders to build effective user acquisition, improve engagement, and increase mobile adoption. You will set the vision, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business impact across the entire Firefly customer lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team spanning acquisition, engagement, and mobile growth—providing strategic direction, clear priorities, and coaching for impact.
  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for Firefly across web and mobile, ensuring seamless integration between acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Partner with product, PMM and marketing leaders to shape the roadmap with insights from user behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Build and scale data-driven acquisition programs across paid, organic, and partnership channels—optimizing for quality and lifetime value.
  • Oversee engagement and lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, reactivation, and habit-forming campaigns across email, in-product, and push.
  • Drive mobile growth strategies, including app store optimization, mobile-first onboarding flows, and in-app engagement programs.
  • Partner with analytics to measure performance, extract insights, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring growth strategies align with delivering real, sustained value.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or GTM strategy roles, with at least 4 years in people leadership.
  • Proven success owning acquisition and engagement strategies at scale for consumer tech or SaaS products.
  • Exceptional ability to translate data into strategic insights and business decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills—able to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally with Gen AI or other innovative technologies.
  • A bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for building category-defining user experiences.
