Scope:
This position responsible for driving operational efficiency, market visibility, and client engagement through the management of digital tools, communications, and business initiatives. This role serves as a critical connector between sales, marketing, client advisors, and carrier partners, ensuring alignment across client-facing activities, strategic partnerships, and brand presence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and project management skills. They will ensure that leadership’s time and energy are focused on the highest-value opportunities by managing key business processes, events, and marketing initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Business & Operational Enablement
- Oversee and reconcile business-related expenses, ensuring efficient tracking and alignment with budgetary goals.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot and other Acrisure systems/tools to ensure accurate data capture, lead tracking, and process compliance.
- Coordinate carrier meetings and maintain visibility into market engagement efforts, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management across 3–5 weekly carrier interactions.
- Provide executive-level support in managing strategic priorities, calendar organization, and meeting cadence to maximize productivity and impact.
- Handle select business and personal initiatives that support leadership focus and operational effectiveness.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Oversee online presence, including LinkedIn and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the brand.
- Plan and execute monthly client newsletters highlighting benefits, surety services, and other key offerings to strengthen cross-selling and brand awareness.
- Manage marketing projects and external affiliations, including association partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation (e.g., bank board and contractor associations).
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and distribute client-facing materials, including thought leadership content and claims/litigation insights.
Client & Event Engagement
- Coordinate client appreciation initiatives, including gift programs, event invitations, and management of Acrisure Arena and other client entertainment opportunities.
- Lead planning and execution of sponsored events.
- Ensure all event-related activities reflect Acrisure’s brand standards, client engagement objectives, and ROI expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Products, Placement including a high knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong customer service skills.
- Experience with a broker/agent, including marketing large middle market accounts to carriers; excellent knowledge of the markets.
- Strong knowledge of all basic applicable insurance coverages.
- Proficient in creating the proposal presentation documents that we identify as required documents
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets and expense reporting accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating corporate events and sponsorships.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and sound business judgment.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively across teams and functions.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $68,640 - $75,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
