Project Executive, Channel Enablement

Location: United Kingdom (Remote) with occasional travel

We are expanding our European retail operations and are seeking a UK-based Project Executive to support the delivery of a pan-European channel enablement and retail training programme for a leading global consumer technology brand.

Working alongside colleagues across Europe, you will help coordinate the rollout and optimisation of a digital retail training platform, ensuring retail partners, field teams and delivery partners have the tools, training and support they need to succeed.

This role sits at the intersection of retail operations, channel enablement, training and project delivery. It is ideally suited to someone with experience in retail, field marketing, staffing programmes or working with third-party partners who is looking to move into a project-focused role with international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and optimisation of a digital retail training platform across multiple European markets.

• Coordinate with retailers, 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

• Manage training-related workstreams, timelines and key deliverables.

• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and help drive practical solutions.

• Prepare reporting, insights and status updates for stakeholders.

• Support programme governance and alignment across markets and teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase engagement, adoption and training effectiveness.

About You

• Experience working with retailers, 3PL partners, field teams or staffing programmes.

• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail environment.

• Background in retail, field marketing, retail training, channel enablement or a related field.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.

• Fluent English is required.

• Additional European language skills are highly desirable.

• This is a UK-based remote role with occasional travel.

• Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• This is a project-focused enablement role and is not an in-store retail position.

• Formal project management qualifications are not required.

• Industry knowledge, retail experience and practical delivery skills are valued more highly than project management certifications.
