Project Manager - European Retail Program (m/f/d)

We're hiring: Project Executive, Channel Enablement (m/f/d)

We're expanding our European retail operations and are looking for a Project Executive to support and drive a pan‑European channel enablement and retail training program.

This role sits at the intersection of retail, 3PL partners, and digital enablement. You'll work on the planning, coordination and rollout of a digital retail training platform delivery in collaboration with your European colleagues.

While this is not an in‑store role, we're looking for someone who understands retail from the inside, ideally with previous experience in field programs, retail staffing, or working closely with 3PL partners and retailers.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supporting with the rollout of a digital training platform

  • Coordinating with 3PL partners, retailers, and internal teams across markets

  • Managing training‑related workstreams, timelines, and deliverables

  • Supporting rollout and optimisation of digital retail training platforms

  • Tracking progress, identifying issues, and driving practical solutions

  • Contributing to reporting, insights, and status updates for stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with 3PL partners, retail partners, or field or staffing programs

  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail environment

  • Background in retail, field marketing, retail training, or channel enablement

  • Comfortable working in project‑focused roles rather than on‑the‑ground retail execution

  • Structured and reliable, with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset

  • Confident working with cross‑functional and international teams

  • Fluent English is required

  • Additional European languages are strongly encouraged

Important to know:

  • This is a project‑focused enablement role, not an on‑the‑ground retail position

  • Formal project management certification is not required

  • Industry and retail experience matter more than PM theory

What we offer:

  • 12‑month contract with an international agency group, with potential to extend

  • Exposure to pan‑European retail enablement programs

  • A collaborative, fast‑moving environment with real responsibility

  • Clear ownership within a lean team
